How long are Eastern provision pretzels good for? ›

Please note that our soft pretzels are shipped frozen and intended to thaw in transit. So don't be concerned when your pretzels arrive thawed. They are sent with priority shipping and are intended to arrive within 3-4 days of leaving our facility, but they will stay fresh for up to 7 days before needing to be refrozen.

To prepare, bake from frozen at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 to 8 minutes, or bake from thawed at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 to 5 minutes.

This method can also be used with rolls or buns. Once lye-dipped pretzels are baked, they're totally safe (and delicious!) to eat.
